Privacy Policy

To ship your order and give you an account, we collect: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number and order history. Payment details are handled by our payment gateway (Razorpay) — we never see or store your full card number.

To confirm and fulfil orders, provide customer support, send order updates (email today, SMS/WhatsApp later), and improve the store. Nothing more.

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your cart. If analytics is enabled we send anonymised page-view data to Google Analytics 4. You can opt out via your browser’s Do Not Track setting.

Data is shared only with the providers we need to run the shop: Razorpay (payments), our shipping partner, Resend/Mailchimp (email), and cloud infrastructure. We never sell your data.

You can view, update or delete your personal data by writing to hello@rerhud.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.
